Nexura Technologies is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Regional Operations Representative to join our growing operations team.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who communicates professionally, works well independently, and can manage operational responsibilities accurately within an established process.

Key Responsibilities

Review procurement requests submitted by Field Operations Specialists.
Communicate with designated suppliers and obtain quotations and supporting information.
Prepare funding requests for management review and approval.
Coordinate approved procurement and regional operational activities.
Maintain accurate and well-organized operational records.
Prepare and submit Monthly Operations Reports.
Communicate professionally with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
Follow established company procedures, approval requirements, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic proficiency with email, document management, and common office software.
Professional judgment, dependability, and discretion.
Ability to follow written procedures and meet reporting requirements.

A college degree is not required. Previous experience in operations, administration, procurement, supplier coordination, or a related area is beneficial but not required. Structured onboarding and role-specific training will be provided.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday.
Approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Fully remote within the United States.
Employees must remain available and responsive during scheduled working hours.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Introductory Period

Successful candidates will complete a 60-day introductory period during which training progress, performance, reliability, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated. Employees remain eligible to earn compensation for qualifying completed orders during this period in accordance with the Nexura Technologies Compensation Plan.
